DomainJava .COM – The result of the 2024 AFF Cup Final leg 1 between Vietnam vs Thailand is 2-1 for Vietnam to win.
The 2024 AFF Cup Final match Vietnam vs Thailand will take place at Viet Tri Stadium, Vietnam’s home ground, Thursday (2/1/2024) at 20.00 WIB.
Vietnam’s goals were scored by Nguyen Xuan Son, while Thailand’s goals were scored by Chalermsak Aukkee.
Playing at home, Vietnam dominated the first half but could not score.
Only in the 59th minute, Xuan Son broke through the Thai goal with a header.
Vietnam then doubled the score in the 73rd minute through Xuan Son’s left foot shot.
Thailand, which was trying to score new points, scored a goal to reduce the position in the 83rd minute through Chalermsak Aukkee’s header.
This result makes Vietnam lead 2-1 before the second leg match which is scheduled for January 5 2025 at Thailand’s headquarters.
